Interaction with Other Leave Entitlements. (a) An employee proceeding on Unpaid Maternity Leave may elect to substitute any part of that leave with accrued Annual and/or accrued Long Service Leave. (b) Where Annual and/or Long Service Leave is substituted that leave will form part of the 52 weeks’ Maternity Leave entitlement. (c) An employee proceeding on Unpaid Maternity Leave may elect to substitute all or part of that leave with time off in lieu of overtime and/or Accrued days off to which the employee is entitled subject to the provisions of Clause 14 - Hours of Work - Accrued Days Off and Clause 16 - Overtime.
