Intercollegiate Coaching Compensation. Physical Education faculty members who are assigned intercollegiate coaching or assistant coaching responsibilities shall have the following LHEs as part of their load. Other qualified full-time faculty members engaged in coaching shall receive the following LHEs as overload pay. Other qualified full-time faculty members may be assigned intercollegiate coaching as part of base load if approved by the Vice President for Academic Affairs provided such shall be in the sole discretion of the Vice President and non-precedential.   • Developer Compensation for Emergency Services If, during an Emergency State, the Developer provides services at the request or direction of the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner, the Developer will be compensated for such services in accordance with the NYISO Services Tariff.
