INTERMENTS. No interment rights certificate shall be issued until all indebtedness has been satisfied. No interment will take place unless the certificate of cremation and written interment order from the Interment Rights Holder, or their representative, has been deposited with a Cemetery Official. Only two urns allowed per niche. Transfer of Interment Rights: Interment Rights cannot be sold by anyone other than the Township of Southgate. Should you wish to transfer Interment Rights to a relative, without compensation, the original Certificate of Interment Rights must be returned and a new one issued. INTERMENTS. 22 If the burial is being arranged by a funeral director all coffin, casket and grave sizes must be sent to the Cemeteries Office in writing by them. Verbal instructions will not be accepted from families.

  • Replacements if any Temporary Global Note, Permanent Global Note, Definitive Note or Coupon is presented or surrendered for payment to any Paying Agent and such Paying Agent has delivered a replacement therefor or has been notified that the same has been replaced, such Paying Agent shall forthwith notify the Issuer of such presentation or surrender and shall not make payment against the same until it is so instructed by the Issuer and has received the amount to be so paid;

  • Betterment Any work considered Betterment shall be agreed upon in advance by the Parties and detailed in a Utility Agreement along with costs and allocation of responsibility for such costs to the Facility Owner.

  • Fixtures All Equipment now owned, or the ownership of which is hereafter acquired, by Borrower which is so related to the Land and Improvements forming part of the Property that it is deemed fixtures or real property under the law of the particular state in which the Equipment is located, including, without limitation, all building or construction materials intended for construction, reconstruction, alteration or repair of or installation on the Property, construction equipment, appliances, machinery, plant equipment, fittings, apparatuses, fixtures and other items now or hereafter attached to, installed in or used in connection with (temporarily or permanently) any of the Improvements or the Land, including, but not limited to, engines, devices for the operation of pumps, pipes, plumbing, cleaning, call and sprinkler systems, fire extinguishing apparatuses and equipment, heating, ventilating, plumbing, laundry, incinerating, electrical, air conditioning and air cooling equipment and systems, gas and electric machinery, appurtenances and equipment, pollution control equipment, security systems, disposals, dishwashers, refrigerators and ranges, recreational equipment and facilities of all kinds, and water, gas, electrical, storm and sanitary sewer facilities, utility lines and equipment (whether owned individually or jointly with others, and, if owned jointly, to the extent of Borrower's interest therein) and all other utilities whether or not situated in easements, all water tanks, water supply, water power sites, fuel stations, fuel tanks, fuel supply, and all other structures, together with all accessions, appurtenances, additions, replacements, betterments and substitutions for any of the foregoing and the proceeds thereof (collectively, the "FIXTURES"). Notwithstanding the foregoing, "Fixtures" shall not include any property which tenants are entitled to remove pursuant to leases except to the extent that Borrower shall have any right or interest therein;

  • Installations 2.1. This test shall be conducted with either the complete REESS or with a related REESS subsystem(s) including the cells and their electrical connections. If the manufacturer chooses to test with related subsystem(s), the manufacturer shall demonstrate that the test result can reasonably represent the performance of the complete REESS with respect to its safety performance under the same conditions. If the electronic management unit for the REESS is not integrated in the casing enclosing the cells, then the electronic management unit may be omitted from installation on the Tested-Device if so requested by the manufacturer.

  • Repairs Tenant shall, at Tenant’s own expense, keep the Premises, including all improvements, fixtures, furnishings, and systems and equipment to the extent located therein (including plumbing fixtures and equipment such as dishwashers, garbage disposals, refrigerators, coffee makers and Insta Hot and similar dispensers), and the portion of the floor or floors of the Building on which the Premises are located, in good order, repair and condition at all times during the Lease Term. In addition, Tenant shall, at Tenant’s own expense, but under the supervision and subject to the prior approval of Landlord, and within any reasonable period of time specified by Landlord, promptly and adequately repair all damage to the Premises and replace or repair all damaged, broken, or worn fixtures and appurtenances, except for damage caused by ordinary wear and tear or beyond the reasonable control of Tenant; provided however, that, at Landlord’s option, or if Tenant fails to make such repairs, Landlord may, but need not, make such repairs and replacements, and Tenant shall pay Landlord the cost thereof, including a fifteen percent (15%) supervisory fee forthwith upon being billed therefor. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Landlord shall be responsible for repairs to the exterior walls, foundation and roof of the Building, the structural portions of the floors of the Building, and the base building systems and equipment of the Building, except to the extent that such repairs are required due to the negligence or willful misconduct of Tenant; provided, however, that if such repairs are due to the negligence or willful misconduct of Tenant, Landlord shall nevertheless make such repairs at Tenant’s expense, or, if covered by Landlord’s insurance, Tenant shall only be obligated to pay any deductible in connection therewith. Landlord may, but shall not be required to, enter the Premises at all reasonable times to make such repairs, alterations, improvements or additions to the Premises or to the Project or to any equipment located in the Project as Landlord shall desire or deem necessary or as Landlord may be required to do by governmental or quasi-governmental authority or court order or decree. Tenant hereby waives any and all rights under and benefits of subsection 1 of Section 1932 and Sections 1941 and 1942 of the California Civil Code or under any similar law, statute, or ordinance now or hereafter in effect.

  • Additions The Allottee shall not make any additions or alterations in the Apartment or Building or cause damage to or nuisance in the Apartment or Building or in the Project in any manner. In case any partitions, interiors, false ceilings etc. are installed by the Allottee, then all necessary permissions from the authorities, if required, will be obtained by the Allottee directly at his own cost. In any case the Allottee shall not be entitled to carry out any structural changes in the Building and Apartment. Co-operation The Allottee shall at all times co-operate with the other allottees/occupiers of the Units in the management and maintenance of the Apartment and the Building and the Project.

  • Buildings The Employer will provide and maintain all state-owned buildings, facilities, and equipment in accordance with the specific written order(s) of the Michigan Departments of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs and/or Military and Veterans Affairs. Where facilities are leased by the Employer, the Employer shall make every reasonable effort to assure that such facilities comply with the order(s) of the Michigan Departments of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs and/or Military and Veterans Affairs.

  • Renewals In the case of the renewal of a Euro-Rate Option at the end of an Interest Period, the first day of the new Interest Period shall be the last day of the preceding Interest Period, without duplication in payment of interest for such day.

  • Foundations nor shall the Contractor be responsible for correction of leaks resulting from said failure.
