Intermittent Nurses Sample Clauses

Intermittent Nurses. The District shall monitor the hours of all intermittent nurses on a monthly basis to insure compliance with the definition of “intermittent nurse” in this agreement. Additionally, the District shall provide, by nurse, all intermittent nursing hours worked at the request of the local unit chair or association, not more than quarterly.
