International Cooperation Members agree to cooperate with each other with a view to eliminating international trade in goods infringing intellectual property rights. For this purpose, they shall establish and notify contact points in their administrations and be ready to exchange information on trade in infringing goods. They shall, in particular, promote the exchange of information and cooperation between customs authorities with regard to trade in counterfeit trademark goods and pirated copyright goods.

Resolution of Conflicts In the event of an inconsistency in this contract, unless otherwise provided herein, the inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following order:
International Agreements Each Party shall:
International Standards 1. Each Party shall use relevant international standards, to the extent provided in Article 2.4 of the TBT Agreement, as a basis for its technical regulations.
Conflict with Policies Every reasonable effort will be made to harmonize employer policies with the provisions of this Agreement. In the event of a conflict between the contents of this Agreement and any policies made by the employer, the terms of this Agreement will prevail.
