Anti-Social Behaviour. 31.1 You and anyone visiting the premises, must not do anything at the premises or the building (including playing any radio, television, sound bar, speaker system or musical instrument) which causes a nuisance or annoyance to your neighbours and/or any of the other Tenants in the premises or which might reasonably be considered to be antisocial behaviour. In particular, you must not play any music or create noise which can be heard outside the premises between 10pm and 8.30am or cause disturbance or annoyance to your neighbours at any time;
31.2 You must not:
a) do anything at the premises or the building to cause any other occupier of the premises or neighbouring premises any disturbance, distress, annoyance, inconvenience or damage to their premises, including (but not limited to) drunken behaviour and foul and/or abusive language;

b) harass or threaten to harass (including harassment on grounds of age, gender, sexual orientation, religion, belief, race, culture, disability or lifestyle), using violence or threatening to use violence, or verbally assault any person;
c) allow the premises to be used for any criminal, immoral or illegal purpose including (but not limited to) keeping, using, selling or supplying illegal substances or drugs (anyone believed to be in possession of such substances will be reported to the police), storing or handling stolen goods or prostitution;
d) keep or use any explosive or flammable materials or any weapons or items of any description that are illegal or which the Landlord considers (acting reasonably) to be offensive or dangerous including (but not limited to) firearms, air-weapons, bows, knives, swords, martial arts weapons, paint-ball guns and replica, ceremonial and toy weapons.
Anti-Social Behaviour. 8.1 You are responsible for your own behaviour and for that of anyone living with you, whether permanently or temporarily, or visiting you, including but not limited to relatives, animals and visitors.
8.2 You, relatives or anyone living with you, your animals and your visitors must not cause, or act in a way which is likely to cause, nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to people living, visiting or working in the locality of the Property. Examples of nuisance, annoyance or disturbance include but are not limited to: Foul and abusive language Loud music Shouting, arguing, door slamming Dog barking and fouling Offensive drunkenness Urinating in public Playing ball games close to somebody else’s home Causing damage or neglecting the Property Lighting excessive fires or burning of toxic materials at the Property Fly tipping “People working in the locality of the Property” includes: Our employees, contractors and other people engaged in lawful activity in the area e.g. postal workers.
8.3 You, relatives or anybody living with you, your animals and your visitors must not cause or act in a way which is likely to cause people living, visiting or working in the locality of the Property to be harassed, abused or threatened. You must not cause or act, or permit to cause or act in a way which is likely to result in our employees being harassed, abused or threatened.
Anti-Social Behaviour.
4.1 The Council will give you, and anyone living with you, help and advice if you report or feel you are being a victim of anti-social behaviour. We will investigate your complaint, keep you informed and take action that the Council considers appropriate to tackle the problem.

Anti-Social Behaviour. (a) conduct that has caused, or is likely to cause, harassment, alarm or distress to any person, (b) conduct capable of causing nuisance or annoyance to a person in relation to that person’s occupation of residential premises, or (c) conduct capable of causing housing-related nuisance or annoyance to any person.
Anti-Social Behaviour. 3.2.1 As well as being responsible for your own behaviour, you are also responsible for the behaviour of anyone else living in or visiting your home. This includes any areas you share with other households, or areas around your home and estate. We expect you to try and resolve disputes with your neighbours directly and to be tolerant of different lifestyles. You are encouraged to make use of mediation services where these are available. You should consider whether it may be more appropriate to report issues that you cannot resolve to other agencies such as the local authority environmental health department or the Police.
3.2.2 If you, your family or your visitors behave in an antisocial way and break the conditions of your tenancy, we will take legal action and could evict you. Opendoor Homes will also seek to reclaim any costs it incurs (including the cost of solicitors, barristers and other professionals used within the proceedings plus any court fees) as a result of that antisocial behaviour, either from your deposit or from you directly.
3.2.3 You must not cause (or allow others to cause) a nuisance or annoy any other person in the area where you live. You should also tell us if any other person (in the area where you live) causes a nuisance to or annoys you or anyone else in the area. Examples of nuisance includes but not exclusively: • playing loud music; • shouting and screaming; • noise or fouling from pets; • being drunk and causing a nuisance; • dumping rubbish; • using or threatening to use violence; • using abusive or insulting words or behaviour; • damaging or threatening to damage another person’s property or possessions; • causing any damage to any council or other property (including graffiti); • rude or indecent behaviour; • drinking alcoholic beverages in communal areas; • failing to control children who are causing a nuisance; and • letting water leak into other properties.
3.2.4 You must not make noise that causes a nuisance to your neighbours at any time, but especially between 11pm and 8am. This includes playing loud music, carrying out disruptive DIY or using washing machines.
3.2.5 You must not install any materials that are likely to cause noise nuisance anywhere in or around your home (for example, laminate flooring, wooden flooring or ceramic floor tiles) unless you have our permission in writing. We will not refuse without a good reason but, if you do not get our permission, we may ask you to remove it. If you do not remove it ...

Anti-Social Behaviour. Each party represents and warrants that: (i) is not any crime syndicate, crime syndicate member, crime syndicate quasi-member, entrepreneur associated with a crime syn- dicate, corporate extortionist (sokai-ya), etc., social cam- paign advocate racketeer (xxxxxx undo hyobo goro), politi- cal campaign advocate racketeer (seiji undo hyobo goro), violent group with special intelligence, etc. or any similar person (each, an “Anti-Social Force”) or any persons close- ly connected with any Anti-Social Forces (each, an “Anti- Social Forces Associate”), (ii) has no dealings with any An- ti-Social Forces Associate, and has no relationship with any Anti-Social Forces Associates, whether direct or indirect, and regardless of the context and extent, and (iii) has never fallen under (i) or (ii) in the past and has no plan to fall un- der (i) or (ii) in the future. Buyer, whether by itself or through any third party, (x) is not committing any act of making violent demands, act of making unreasonable de- mands in excess of legal responsibilities, act of using intim- idation or violence with respect to a transaction, or any oth- er similar act (collectively, “Anti-Social Acts”), and (y) has never committed any Anti-Social Act in the past and has no plan to commit any Anti-Social Act in future. Each party shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement and request for damages without any notice and any and all obligations of the party owed to the other party shall become due and payable and the other party shall immediately repay such obligations, if the other party breached the representations and warranties above.
