International cooperation and assistance. 1. Each State Party shall cooperate with other States Parties to facilitate the implementation of this Treaty.
International cooperation and assistance. 5 (a) To the greatest extent possible, consistent with existing authority and the availability 6 of funds, the Secretary shall provide appropriate assistance, including grants, to 7 developing nations and international organizations of which such nations are members to 8 assist those nations in meeting their obligations under the Agreement.
