EDUCATION AND ASSISTANCE FUND. 18.01 The Employer shall contribute to the Union’s Education and Assistance Fund the amount identified at Schedule “A” for each hour worked by each employee covered by this Agreement, and shall remit such contributions to the Union together with union dues, and in the manner described in the Remittances to the Union article and in the Union’s remittance directive.
EDUCATION AND ASSISTANCE FUND. 17.01 The Employer shall contribute to the Education Fund the sum of ten cents (10¢) per hour for each hour worked by each employee covered by this Agreement, and shall remit such contributions to the Union's Administrator. If more training is required, an increase in funding will be discussed.
EDUCATION AND ASSISTANCE FUND. 16.01 The Employer shall contribute to the Union’s Education and Assistance Fund eighteen cents (18¢) for each hour worked by each employee covered by this Agreement and shall remit such contributions to the Union's Administrator as set out in Article 12.03.
EDUCATION AND ASSISTANCE FUND. 13.01 The Employer shall contribute ten cents ($0.10) for every hour worked for each employee covered by this Agreement and remit such contributions monthly, together with other remittances to the Union, and accounted for on the remittance form provided by the Union.
EDUCATION AND ASSISTANCE FUND. The Employer shall monthly remit to the Local Union, together with the remittance of union dues, one cent (1¢) per hour worked for each employee in the Union’s bargaining unit. The remittance will show the number of hours worked by each employee in the month in question. This fund will pay for educational opportunities suggested by both union and management.
EDUCATION AND ASSISTANCE FUND. The Employer agrees to contribute two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) to the Union’s Education and Assistance Fund upon receipt of an invoice from the Union. This amount shall be payable on January 15 of each year. The Union will deposit these education fund monies in a trusteed Education Fund, the purpose of which is to pay for employee seminars and workshops, including wage loss payments, travel and accommodation costs. EDUCATION AND ASSISTANCE FUND. 14.01 The parties to this Agreement shall contribute to the Education and Assistance Fund in order to enable the Union to provide assistance to its members in exercising their right to work and have access to jobsites and to educate and instruct specific members in labour relations as it pertains to the work and welfare of the bargaining unit.

EDUCATION AND ASSISTANCE FUND. The Employer agrees to contribute a lump sum payment of twelve hundred and fifty dollars ($1250.00) to the Union’s Education and Assistance Fund on the closes pay period to April 1, 2013. These funds shall be remitted along with dues remittances.
