Internet Features. Bank shall establish an Account Center for the Program, and Virgin shall provide a weblink to the Account Center. In the event Bank changes or otherwise modifies the website address for its designated website, Virgin will either update or modify its link thereto, as directed by Bank subject to commercial reasonableness.

Internet Features. Using System Software features that require access to an Internet connection ("Internet Features") may require you to obtain wired or wireless Internet service from a third-Party internet service provider ("Internet Service Provider"). Some Internet Features may also require you to be signed in to the Product. Internet access may NOT be available at your location, be free of charge or free from interruption or disconnections. If you wish to obtain Internet Service Provider services for your Product system, you must enter into the necessary Internet Service Provider agreements for those services. You are responsible for all fees incurred in connection with access to or use of the Internet. Certain Internet Features may operate depending upon Internet connection factors not under Zeiss's control. Browsing websites, playing programs or downloading programs or data may result in viruses, loss or corruption of data or other problems, and you assume all responsibilities and consequences resulting from engaging in these activities through your Product system.
Internet Features. Bank will develop as of the Program Commencement Date, and maintain [*], an Account Center website for the Program, which Account Center website shall include, among other things, Rewards Program information, including Rewards Dollars earned, total Rewards Dollars balance and, [*], Rewards Dollars redeemed, which includes Rewards Dollars certificates issued. The Parties acknowledge that Company shall be responsible for providing Bank with the reports as to Rewards Dollars redeemed, and accordingly, [*]. In addition, Account Center shall include certain Cardholder services and Account access. Account Center will be accessible to Company’s Cardholders at any time, except for site standard maintenance. Company will develop and maintain on its own website, [*], a link to Account Center. In the event Bank changes or otherwise modifies the website address for its designated website, Company will either update or modify its link thereto, as directed by Bank. Each Party agrees that, in connection with the link, it will only use the other’s name, or any logo, statements or any other information that is related to the other, as directed by the other, and as approved in advance and in writing by the other. Bank shall provide [*] capabilities to Company when such capabilities are made available to Bank’s clients generally.

  • Internet Access Data and information may be made electronically accessible to the Company through Internet access to one or more links provided by the Administrator or a sub-administrator (“Web Link”). All rights in Web Link (including text and “look and feel” attributes) are owned by the sub-administrator. Any commercial use of the content or any other aspect of Web Link requires the written permission of the sub-administrator. Use of the Web Link by the Company will be subject to any terms of use set forth on the web site. Web Link and the information (including text, graphics and functionality) in the Web Link is presented “As Is” and “As Available” without express or implied warranties including, but not limited to, implied warranties of non-infringement, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The sub-administrator neither warrants that the Web Link will be uninterrupted or error free, nor guarantees the accessibility, reliability, performance, timeliness, sequence, or completeness of information provided on the Web Link.

  • Internet We will provide internet service to you for your noncommercial use. You acknowledge that the internet service is a shared service. We have no duty to you to edit, censor, review or take any responsibility for any information you or your guests may create, place on the internet, or view. You shall not use the internet we provide to engage in any criminal, illegal or unauthorized activity and any such use is a default of this Lease. Any violation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") is a breach of this Lease. You shall not attempt to degrade the performance of the internet service or hamper the ability of others to use the internet. You shall not use rogue devices, including wireless routers or modems, or take any measurers to interfere with our internet systems by configuring devices connected to our network so that they can communicate on our network using the internet protocol. Your use of the internet is at your sole risk and we are not responsible for your equipment, programs or software. Although we strive to provide superior internet service and sufficient bandwidth to our residents, we are not responsible for slow internet or other residents taking up significant bandwidth. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO INTERRUPT YOUR INTERNET SERVICE IN RESPONSE TO A BREACH OF THIS LEASE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO A FAILURE TO PAY RENT OR A VIOLATION OF THIS PARAGRAPH 6.

  • Use of websites (a) The Company may satisfy its obligation under this Agreement to deliver any information in relation to those Lenders (the “Website Lenders”) who accept this method of communication by posting this information onto an electronic website designated by the Company and the Agent (the “Designated Website”) if:

  • Websites Distributor shall utilize the Company's proprietary Internet site, and may link to "TXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.XXX" as a source for new customers and related matters.

  • Internet Services Transfer Agent shall make available to Fund and Shareholders, through its web sites, including but not limited to xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (collectively, “Web Site”), online access to certain Account and Shareholder information and certain transaction capabilities (“Internet Services”), subject to Transfer Agent’s security procedures and the terms and conditions set forth herein and on the Web Site. Transfer Agent provides Internet Services “as is,” on an “as available” basis, and hereby specifically disclaims any and all representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding such Internet Services, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and implied warranties arising from course of dealing or course of performance. Transfer Agent shall at all times use reasonable care in performing Internet Services under this Agreement.

  • Programming (a) Pursuant to Section 624 of the Cable Act, the Licensee shall maintain the mix, quality and broad categories of Programming set forth in Exhibit 4, attached hereto and made a part hereof. Pursuant to applicable federal law, all Programming decisions, including the Programming listed in Exhibit 4, attached hereto, shall be at the sole discretion of the Licensee.

  • Computer Software The Grantee certifies that it has appropriate systems and controls in place to ensure that state funds will not be used in the performance of this Grant Agreement for the acquisition, operation, or maintenance of computer software in violation of copyright laws.

  • Licensed Software Computer program(s) provided by Contractor in connection with the Deliverables, subject to Section 14 of this Contract.

  • Use of Voice, Image and Likeness I give the Company permission to use my voice, image or likeness, with or without using my name, for the purposes of advertising and promoting the Company, or for other purposes deemed appropriate by the Company in its reasonable discretion, except to the extent expressly prohibited by law.
