INTERNET SERVICE – BANDWIDTH PROVISION AND MANAGEMENT. The Service Provider will procure and manage a central internet feed to be distributed proportionately across the participating school groups. The Service Provider will be responsible for operational maintenance and technical support of a bandwidth management infrastructure. The initial internet bandwidth to be provided • Primary, primary academy and Special schools will be offered a connection of 200mbps subject to WAN network congestion based on the 4Gbps Internet feed. Bandwidth Usage statistics showing incoming and outgoing traffic from the Local Authority managed school perimeter network device will be available upon request. These statistics can be used to highlight issues within the school’s internal ICT network, this will be used to gage if the band-width provision is no longer meeting the school’s requirements. Where this is found to be the case the Service Provider will recommend a link speed upgrade. Maximum induvial links can be increased up to 1Gb where required.

  • Internet Services Transfer Agent shall make available to Fund and Shareholders, through its web sites, including but not limited to xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (collectively, “Web Site”), online access to certain Account and Shareholder information and certain transaction capabilities (“Internet Services”), subject to Transfer Agent’s security procedures and the terms and conditions set forth herein and on the Web Site. Transfer Agent provides Internet Services “as is,” on an “as available” basis, and hereby specifically disclaims any and all representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding such Internet Services, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and implied warranties arising from course of dealing or course of performance. Transfer Agent shall at all times use reasonable care in performing Internet Services under this Agreement.

  • Verizon OSS Services Access to Verizon Operations Support Systems functions. The term “Verizon OSS Services” includes, but is not limited to: (a) Verizon’s provision of Z-Tel Usage Information to Z-Tel pursuant to Section 8.1.3 below; and, (b) “Verizon OSS Information”, as defined in Section 8.1.4 below.

  • Network Services Local Access Services In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring local loop charges ranging from $1,200 to $2,000 for TDM-based DS-3 Network Services Local Access Services at 2 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company.

  • The Web Services E-Verify Employer Agent agrees to, consistent with applicable laws, regulations, and policies, commit sufficient personnel and resources to meet the requirements of this MOU.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011.
