Personnel Provide, without remuneration from or other cost to the Trust, the services of individuals competent to perform the administrative functions which are not performed by employees or other agents engaged by the Trust or by the Adviser acting in some other capacity pursuant to a separate agreement or arrangement with the Trust.
Personnel, Office Space, and Facilities of Manager The Manager at its own expense shall furnish or provide and pay the cost of such office space, office equipment, office personnel, and office services as the Manager requires in the performance of its investment advisory and other obligations under this Agreement.
Records; Visits The books and records pertaining to the Fund, which are in the possession or under the control of PFPC, shall be the property of the Fund. Such books and records shall be prepared and maintained as required by the 1940 Act and other applicable securities laws, rules and regulations. The Fund and Authorized Persons shall have access to such books and records at all times during PFPC's normal business hours. Upon the reasonable request of the Fund, copies of any such books and records shall be provided by PFPC to the Fund or to an Authorized Person, at the Fund's expense.
Review Systems; Personnel It will maintain business process management and/or other systems necessary to ensure that it can perform each Test and, on execution of this Agreement, will load each Test into these systems. The Asset Representations Reviewer will ensure that these systems allow for each Review Receivable and the related Review Materials to be individually tracked and stored as contemplated by this Agreement. The Asset Representations Reviewer will maintain adequate staff that is properly trained to conduct Reviews as required by this Agreement.

The General Partner may at any time change the location of such office, provided the General Partner gives notice to the Partners of any such change. Directory The bulletin board or directory of the Building will be provided exclusively for the display of the name and location of tenants and Landlord reserves the right to exclude any other names therefrom.
Headquarters The worldwide corporate headquarters and principal office of the Company shall be at such place as the Board may designate from time to time. From and after the Closing Date, until changed by action of the Board, the worldwide corporate headquarters and principal office of the Company will be located at the Company’s current headquarters in Sturtevant, Wisconsin, U.S.A.
Registered Office and Registered Agent; Principal Office (a) The registered office of the Company, required by the Act to be maintained in the State of Delaware, shall be the initial registered office named in the Certificate of Formation or such other office (which need not be a place of business of the Company) as the Member or an officer of the Company may designate from time to time in the manner provided by the Act.
