Interview Process & Criteria Sample Clauses

Interview Process & Criteria. The interview process & criteria for employment at Asclepius is rigorous, competitive, and allows for only the best individuals to pass through to the staffing pool. The interview process revolves solely around the applicant, the skillsets they are able to demonstrate, and their ability to be handle their responsibilities with high efficiency. Technical leads would screen applicants through a phone interview after doing the initial due diligence on their application, resume, and “online presence.” If the applicant is deemed fit for an in-person interview, they will be interviewed by Xxxx Xxxxx, our CIO, and Xxxxx Xxxx, our COO and Vice President. Amit will make sure that the applicant has the appropriate skill-sets and knowledge as required by the client’s vacant role. This includes constructing a questionnaire that has information relevant to the role being applied for, to check if the applicant is as qualified as stated in his resume. Xxxxx will ensure, with knowledge of the client’s needs and the demands of the role itself, that the applicant will be a good fit for the client’s corporate atmosphere & culture. Once the applicant has passed the formal interview process, the detailed vetting process begins. We check the references provided to us, along with other forms of reference verification described below, in order to make sure that the applicant is generally consistent with what they have portrayed during the interview process. Next, we extend an offer to the applicant to be a candidate for the role in question, contingent on the results of an extensive background check. We have used this model for many years, and have achieved a great deal of success in procuring competent, ambitious, and overall successful candidates for our clients’ IT staff augmentation needs.
