Introduction of Stewards. 1.4.1 The Company agrees, where practical, to introduce all new employees who are covered by this Agreement to the Union Xxxxxxx in the department the employee is assigned. In those locations where it would not be practical due to travel, etc., the supervisor will furnish the new employee with the name, telephone number and address of the Union Xxxxxxx (as currently available and as provided by the Union) as a part of the orientation process.

  • Recognition of Stewards The Employer recognizes employees who are designated by the Union as stewards to act on behalf of the employees.

  • Election of Stewards In order to provide an orderly and speedy procedure for the settling of grievances, the Employer acknowledges the right of the Union to appoint or elect stewards (to a maximum of two), whose duty shall be to assist any employee which the xxxxxxx represents, in preparing and in presenting his/her grievance in accordance with the grievance procedure.

  • Evaluation of Students Acknowledging the District’s adopted grading system, the teacher shall maintain the right and responsibility to determine grades and other evaluation of a student. No grade or evaluation shall be changed except by the teacher with the approval of the building administrator.

  • Operation of School a) Unless the School has already ceased operations, the Sponsor shall assume operation of the school throughout the pendency of the hearing under §§1002.33(8)(b)&(c), F.S., unless the continued operation of the School would materially threaten the health, safety, or welfare of the students.   • Accreditation of Public Schools and Adoption and Implementation of School Plans The District will implement a system of accrediting all of its schools, as described in section 22-11- 307, C.R.S., which may include measures specifically for those schools that have been designated as Alternative Education Campuses, in accordance with the provisions of 1 CCR 301-57. The District will ensure that plans are implemented for each school in compliance with the requirements of the State Board pursuant to 1 CCR 301-1.

  • Supervision of Students At least one teacher is to remain with the students after the close of any activity, practice session or game until the last student has left the premises. This rule applies whether the group is at the home school or field or is away.

  • EVALUATION OF TEACHERS 1. All reports on the work of a teacher shall be in writing.

  • Transportation of Students Employees will not be required to transport students.

  • Implementation of Strategic Plan Goals This Agreement supports the County’s Strategic Plan, Goal 1, Operational Effectiveness/Fiscal Sustainability. This Agreement will provide revenue reimbursement to the Department for services rendered.

  • Formation of the Tribunal (1) The arbitral tribunal shall be constituted ad hoc as follows: Each Contracting Party shall appoint one member and these two members shall agree upon a national of a third state as their chairman. Such members shall be appointed within two (2) months from the date one Contracting Party has informed the other Contracting Party of its intention to submit the dispute to an arbitral tribunal, the chairman of which shall be appointed within two (2) further months.
