Investor Requested Issuer Buy. Back Unless specified otherwise, an Investor may request the Issuer to buy back their Units (including if those Units are held by the Custodian) on any Business Day by giving a completed Issuer Buy-Back Form to the Issuer. An Issuer Buy-Back can only be requested in respect of the Minimum Buy-Back Amount of Units. Once lodged the request for an Issuer Buy-Back is irrevocable.   • Funding Requests 4.1 The Consortium seeks the approval of the Fund Council for research and other programs to implement the SRF by submitting CRP proposals to the Fund Council. The Fund Council and the Consortium are expected to determine and coordinate an appropriate degree of and approach for Fund Donor input into the development of CRP proposals. Descriptions in each CRP proposal and reporting by the Consortium on the use of funds received under the resulting CRP are expected to have sufficient granularity to demonstrate progress on activities funded in such program, with a focus on outputs, outcomes and impacts, highlighting the SRF and impact pathways.
