Invexcoin Exchange Services include but are not limited to such Invexcoin Exchange ecosystem components as Digital Asset Trading Platforms, the financing sector, Invexcoin Exchange Labs, Invexcoin Exchange Academy, Invexcoin Exchange Charity, Invexcoin Exchange Info, Invexcoin Exchange Fiat Gateway, existing services offered by Trust Wallet and novel services to be provided by Invexcoin Exchange.

Invexcoin Exchange Services. Upon completion of the registration and identity verification for your Invexcoin Exchange Account, you may use various Invexcoin Exchange Services, including but not limited to, Crypto-to-crypto Trading, Fiat Trading, contract trading, leveraged trading, Invexcoin Exchange Savings services, staking, acquiring market-related data, research and other information released by Invexcoin Exchange, participating in User activities held by Invexcoin Exchange, etc., in accordance with the provisions of these Terms (including Invexcoin Exchange Platform Rules and other individual agreements). Invexcoin Exchange has the right in its sole and absolute discretion to: i. Provide, modify or terminate, in its sole and absolute discretion, any Invexcoin Exchange Services based on its development plan; and ii. Allow or prohibit a User’s use of any Invexcoin Exchange Services in accordance with relevant Invexcoin Exchange Platform Rules.

  • Transactional Services The Service Provider shall communicate to its Customers, as to shares of the Fund, purchase, redemption and exchange orders reflecting the orders it receives from its Customers or from any brokers and banks for their Customers. The Service Provider shall also communicate to beneficial owners holding through it, and to any brokers or banks for beneficial owners holding through them, as to shares of the Fund, mergers, splits and other reorganization activities, and require any broker or bank to communicate such information to its Customers.

  • Online Services Microsoft warrants that each Online Service will perform in accordance with the applicable SLA during Customer’s use. Customer’s remedies for breach of this warranty are described in the SLA.

  • Supportive Services 2.1. Case Management Access Shelter Providers are required to have case management available to participants on site. Participation within case management is voluntary to program participants, however all participants must be offered case management and must be engaged on an ongoing basis to encourage participation. Shelter Providers should recognize that it may take multiple contacts before a participant is ready to engage. Shelter Providers must ensure case management services are participant-centered to individual needs. Programs must provide space for the provision of case management that works to create as much privacy and confidentiality as possible.

  • Information Exchange As soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Date, the Parties shall exchange information regarding the design and compatibility of the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities and Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities and compatibility of the Interconnection Facilities with the Participating TO’s Transmission System, and shall work diligently and in good faith to make any necessary design changes.

  • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network or non- network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network or non-network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits.   • Dark Fiber Transport Dark Fiber Transport is defined as Dedicated Transport that consists of unactivated optical interoffice transmission facilities without attached signal regeneration, multiplexing, aggregation or other electronics. Except as set forth in Section 6.9.1 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to Dark Fiber Transport Entrance Facilities pursuant to this Agreement.
