a. Unless otherwise stipulated by VXL DOLLAR, Staking Programs are free of charge and Users may trade during the staking period;
b. VXL DOLLAR does not guarantee Users’ proceeds under any Staking Program;

d. Users shall ensure that sources of the Digital Currencies they hold in VXL DOLLAR Accounts are legal and compliant and undertake to observe related laws and regulations. Otherwise, VXL DOLLAR has the right to take necessary steps in accordance with these Terms or VXL DOLLAR Platform Rules, including, without limitation, freezing VXL DOLLAR Accounts or deducting the Digital Currencies awarded to Users who violate the rules of respective Staking Programs.
