Staking Programs. VXL DOLLAR will from time to time launch Staking Programs for specific types of Digital Currencies to reward, as per certain rules, users who hold such Digital Currencies in their VXL DOLLAR Accounts. When participating in Staking Programs, you should note that: a. Unless otherwise stipulated by VXL DOLLAR, Staking Programs are free of charge and Users may trade during the staking period; b. VXL DOLLAR does not guarantee Users’ proceeds under any Staking Program; c. VXL DOLLAR has the right to initiate or terminate Staking Program for any Digital Currencies or modify rules on such programs in its sole discretion; Page15 d. Users shall ensure that sources of the Digital Currencies they hold in VXL DOLLAR Accounts are legal and compliant and undertake to observe related laws and regulations. Otherwise, VXL DOLLAR has the right to take necessary steps in accordance with these Terms or VXL DOLLAR Platform Rules, including, without limitation, freezing VXL DOLLAR Accounts or deducting the Digital Currencies awarded to Users who violate the rules of respective Staking Programs.

Invexcoin Exchange has the right to initiate or terminate Staking Program for any Digital Currencies or modify rules on such programs in its sole discretion; iv. Users shall ensure that sources of the Digital Currencies they hold in Invexcoin Exchange Accounts are legal and compliant and undertake to observe related laws and regulations. Otherwise, Invexcoin Exchange has the right to take necessary steps in accordance with these Terms or Invexcoin Exchange Platform Rules, including, without limitation, freezing Invexcoin Exchange Accounts or deducting the Digital Currencies awarded to Users who violate the rules of respective Staking Programs.

Related to Staking Programs

  • Training Programs All employees shall successfully complete all necessary training prior to being assigned work (e.g., all employees will complete health and safety training prior to being assigned to task). Nothing in this Article or provision shall constitute a waiver of either party’s bargaining obligations or defenses. The Employer still has an obligation to notify and bargain changes in terms and conditions of employment with the exclusive representative.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "D", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.

  • Pilot Programs The Employer may develop voluntary pilot programs to test the acceptability of various risk management programs. Incentives for participation in such programs may include limited short-term improvements to the benefits outlined in this Article. Implementation of such pilot programs is subject to the review and approval of the Joint Labor-Management Committee on Health Plans.

  • Transporting Students 1. Employees shall not transport students except in accordance with School Board rules. The Board shall adopt a school board policy outlining the teacher’s and the Board’s responsibilities and liabilities. Said policy shall be included in all school handbooks beginning with the 2004-05 school year. 2. Teachers will not be required to transport pupils to and from activities which take place away from the school grounds.

  • Educational Program A. DSST PUBLIC SCHOOLS shall implement and maintain the following characteristics of its educational program in addition to those identified in the Network Contract at DSST XXXX MIDDLE SCHOOL (“the School” within Exhibit A-3). These characteristics are subject to modification with the District’s written approval:
