Invoice Statements. Within the first five (5) days after the first (1st) day of each month, BEMS will email an invoice for services. All invoices are to be paid by the CITY within fifteen (15) days from the receipt of the invoice, or they shall be considered delinquent.

Invoice Statements. It is very helpful for us to receive invoice statements to ensure that our records match. If at all possible, please send statements monthly to the Orange County Utilities “Invoice To” address listed on the original PO or DO. This is our way of ensuring that we have all of your invoices and our way of safeguarding that your account is kept up to date.
Invoice Statements. Consultant shall submit invoice statements, once a month during the term of this Agreement, based on the cost for services performed during the billing period. Invoices shall contain the following information: ▪ Serial identification of invoices and invoice totals; ▪ Invoices including itemized detail of all contract deliverables; ▪ The beginning and ending dates of the billing period; ▪ A Task Summary Statement containing the original contract amount, the amount of prior xxxxxxxx, the total due this period, the balance available under the Agreement, and the percentage of completion, if applicable; ▪ The Consultant’s signature.
Invoice Statements. The Parties agree that PBM’s invoicing procedures for (a) the costs of Covered Items, and (b) Administrative Fees and Additional Fees, in connection with Plan Beneficiaries are set forth in this Article 4.   • Billing Statements ‌ 8.1 Condition 22.4 (Contents of Billing Statement) of the Conditions shall be amended so that Condition 22.4(I) is deleted and replaced by the following provisions:

  • Monthly Billing Statements The Engineer shall request reimbursement of costs incurred by submitting the original and one copy of an itemized billing statement in a form acceptable to the State. The Engineer is authorized to submit requests for reimbursement no more frequently than monthly and no later than ninety (90) days after costs are incurred.

  • Billing Statement The billing statement shall show the work authorization number for each work authorization included in the billing, the total amount earned to the date of submission, and the amount due and payable as of the date of the current billing statement for each work authorization. The billing statement shall indicate if the work has been completed or if the billing is for partial completion of the work. The fixed fee will be paid in proportion to the percentage of work completed per work authorizations.

  • Monthly Statements Each month we will send you a statement showing purchases, cash advances, payments, and credits made to your Account during the billing cycle, as well as your “New Balance”, any Finance Charge and any late charges. Your statement also will identify the minimum monthly payment you must make for that billing period and the date it is due. You agree to retain for statement verification copies of transaction slips resulting from each purchase, each advance, and other transactions on your Account. Unless you notify us of a billing error in accordance with the section entitled “Your Billing Rights”, you accept your monthly statement as an accurate statement of your Account with us.

  • Invoice Certification When and if requested by DXC, as a condition precedent to payment thereof, Supplier shall separately certify each invoice as follows: “We certify that contract deliverables listed hereon were produced in compliance with all applicable requirements of Sections 6, 7, and 12 of the Fair Labor Standards Act, as amended, and of regulations and orders of the U.S. Department of Labor issued under Section 14 thereof. We further certify that any and all additional contract deliverables will be produced in compliance with same.”

  • Closing Statements Buyer’s Closing Statement, and a certificate confirming the truth of Buyer’s representations and warranties hereunder as of the Closing Date.

  • False Statements Contractor represents and warrants that all statements and information prepared and submitted by Contractor in this Contract and any related Solicitation Response are current, complete, true, and accurate. Contractor acknowledges any false statement or material misrepresentation made by Contractor during the performance of this Contract or any related Solicitation is a material breach of contract and may void this Contract. Further, Contractor understands, acknowledges, and agrees that any false representation or any failure to comply with a representation, warranty, or certification made by Contractor is subject to all civil and criminal consequences provided at law or in equity including, but not limited to, immediate termination of this Contract.

  • Interim Statements As soon as available, but in no event later than 45 days after the end of each fiscal quarter, Borrower's balance sheet and profit and loss statement for the period ended, prepared by Borrower.

  • Operating Statements In the case of each Mortgage Loan, the related Mortgage or another Mortgage Loan document requires the related Mortgagor, in some cases at the request of the lender, to provide the holder of such Mortgage Loan with at least quarterly operating statements and rent rolls (if there is more than one tenant) for the related Mortgaged Property and annual financial statements of the related Mortgagor, and with such other information as may be required therein.

  • Invoices Each invoice or pay request shall include the TIPS Member’s purchase order number or other identifying designation as provided in the order by the TIPS Member. If applicable, the shipment tracking number or pertinent information for verification of TIPS Member receipt shall be made available upon request.
