Involuntary Deductions. In the event that an employee fails to voluntarily sign a check-off authorization, or if an employee who has previously signed an authorization objects to a specific deduction or assessment, the Employer shall make an involuntary deduction from the wages of the employee in the amount previously certified to the employer by the Treasurer of the Union and forward such sums to the Union by the fifteenth (15th) day of the month following the month in which such deductions are made.
