Involuntary Transfer Considerations and Notice. Whenever possible, seniority will be a consideration in an involuntary transfer, with the teacher having the least seniority being transferred first; however, first consideration will be to choose a teacher who incorporates best practices. Any teacher involved in an involuntary transfer will be notified in writing with a reasonably detailed explanation for the decision.
