IPPS. PSNH will periodically auction its entitlements in IPP power or make such power available through the ISO spot market or through such other sale as authorized by the PUC, in a prudent manner designed to maximize net revenues. Payments to the IPP's will continue in accordance with the currently effective or future orders of the PUC. Any revenue from such auction or sale will be used to reduce stranded costs.

IPPS. The coverage of the agreement has been estimated to be under 5%; CPEC and Hydro projects are out of it. Thus both in terms of agreement terms and its sectoral coverage, the agreement does not offer any thing significant. What is more injurious is that it creates a bad template for negotiations in CPEC projects. Had it not been there, there could have been a scope for a more beneficial arrangement in CPEC projects.
