Issuance Records i) Merchant will retain all EBT-related records (including but not limited to manual sales drafts) for three (3) years following Benefit issuance, or for such additional period as may be required by law.
Issuance Records. The Company shall prepare, issue and deliver at its own expense (other than transfer taxes) the new Warrant or Warrants under this paragraph 5. The Company agrees to maintain, at its aforesaid office, books for the registration and the registration of transfer of the Warrants.

ii) Xxxxxxxx agrees to make all EBT-related records available for audit upon request to representatives of the State or its EBT Service Provider, or other authorized State or Federal government agency during normal business hours.
iii) To assure compliance with this Amendment, the State, its EBT Service Provider, or other authorized State or Federal government agency, will at all times, upon advance notice except in the case of suspected fraud or other similar activity, have the right to enter, during normal business hours, Xxxxxxxx’s premises to inspect or evaluate any work performed under this Amendment, or to obtain any other information required to be provided by Merchant or otherwise related to this Amendment.
