If extra hours are added to patient care considerations, the position may be filled on a temporary basis and the employee will be notified in writing as to when the transfer will be expected to occur. All transfers will be made within ninety (90) days. In the event the Employer requires job bidding to be online or by email exclusivelyschedule, the Employer will make an onsite computer available endeavour to offer the additional time to the most senior qualified employees subject to make their bidstaffing and scheduling requirements.
d. When additional hours become available, where it is possible to do so, preference will be given to expanding the hours on current short shifts within a department. It is also understood these additional hours are hours offered/added to this schedule by the Employer as a result of additional funds that may occur during the year. JOB POSTING AND VACANCIES. The Employer values internal 14.01 Where a position is posted, the posting shall include the following information: Full Time or Part Time Status; Job Title; Office Location; Initial Hours of Work; Initial Assignment.
14.02 Incumbents applying for another posted position within six (6) months from the date they commenced work in their present position need not be considered for such position, at the Employer’s option.

1) All vacant positions outline to the employee selected to fill a temporary vacancy, the conditions and duration of such vacancy. 11.05 In the awarding of a posted position amongst internal candidates who have applied within the timeline above, management shall take into account the following factors: the skills, ability, experience, and rate qualifications. The candidate that is the best qualified in the opinion of pay. Lists of all job openings the Employer based on the foregoing factors will be updated and posted weekly.
2) Before considering applications from employees outside awarded the bargaining unitposition, provided that where the Employer shall consider applications from bargaining unit employees.
3) In selecting among considers the best qualified applicantscandidates to be relatively equal based on these factors, the Employer shall consider both seniority and ability as follows:

(e) A vacancy shall be posted for a seven (7) days or less, if agreed between the Administrator and the Xxxxxxx. Applicants must notify the Home, in writing, within the above ten (10) day period (they must indicate the date and time of day on their application) in order to be eligible for the posting. The Home will endeavour to assign the employee to every shift within the job during the trial period. This will only apply if the employee bids into a different job. The successful candidate to a different job will be paid in ac- cordance with the new classification in Schedule “A” and her seniority. In cases where two (2) or more candidates are reasonably qualified to fill the vacancy, the senior employee shall be given a trial period of one (1) month by the Home.
(f) Employees who are on vacation, bereavement, sick or paternal leave may indicate in advance their desire to apply for a posting, if such a posting should occur during their absence. In such a case, the Home shall fill the vacancy temporarily.
(g) Only the original vacancy and one (1) subsequent vacancy (i.e., created as a result of a successful job bid on the original vacancy) shall be subject to posting.
