JOB POSTING, PROMOTIONS. 15.1 Permanent vacancies in job classifications listed in ARTICLE II of this Agreement shall be posted. Employees shall have seven (7) calendar days after posting to complete application for such vacancies. The applicant with the highest qualifications will be chosen for the vacancy.
