JOB POSTING/SIGN UP PROCEDURE/NOTICE OF ROUTES. 10.01 The Company agrees to provide the Union on or before November 1st of each year, a complete list of all present runs indicating the route number and rate of pay. Employees may elect to keep their previous posted run(s) year after year (am, pm, noon shuttle and kindergarten). The Company will post routes available for drivers and monitor positions two (2) weeks in advance of sign up period. In any event the Chief Xxxxxxx shall be contacted and advised of the routes prior to the commencement of route selection by employees. Only known and available runs disclosed to the Chief Xxxxxxx are to be posted.

JOB POSTING/SIGN UP PROCEDURE/NOTICE OF ROUTES. 13.01 The Company agrees to provide the Union and the Chief Xxxxxxx on or before November 1st of each year, a complete list of all present routes indicating the route number and rate of pay. Employees may elect to keep their previous posted routes year after year (am, pm, attached shuttles). The Company shall post routes available to drivers seven (7) calendar days in advance of the sign up period. The Chief Xxxxxxx shall be contacted and advised of the routes prior to the seven (7) day period for the purpose of reviewing the available routes. Only known routes that have been disclosed for the posting period will be available for the sign up procedure. The postings will be clearly identified with the geographical district area for district routes, route number and rate of pay.

  • JOB POSTING PROCEDURE Definitions

  • Authorized User’s Statement of Work A competitive Mini-Bid is required for every transaction under this Centralized Contract. An Authorized User must prepare a detailed Statement of Work using Appendix F, Attachment 1, Mini-Bid Template. The Authorized User must distribute the Mini-Bid to all qualified Vendors per Lot(s) (unless a Vendor has removed itself from consideration via the Appendix F, Attachment 5, Mini-Bid Participation Interest Template).   • Public Posting of Approved Users’ Research Use Statement The PI agrees that information about themselves and the approved research use will be posted publicly on the dbGaP website. The information includes the PI’s name and Requester, project name, Research Use Statement, and a Non-Technical Summary of the Research Use Statement. In addition, and if applicable, this information may include the Cloud Computing Use Statement and name of the CSP or PCS. Citations of publications resulting from the use of controlled-access datasets obtained through this DAR may also be posted on the dbGaP website.

  • Detailed Scope of Work The complete description of services to be provided by the Contractor under an individual Job Order. Developed by the Contractor, after the Joint Scope Meeting and submitted for approval to the County Project Manager.

  • Attachment A, Scope of Services The scope of services is amended as follows:
