JOB POSTING PROCEDURE. 12.01 a.) If a permanent vacancy exists, or a new vacancy is created within a classification, such an opening will be posted within five (5) working days on the plant bulletin boards, for a period as specified in this job posting procedure. During such time seniority employees may make application for such vacancy. The posting will identify the following details as applicable: • Zone • Shift • Department • Classification • Main duties and activities of the job • Number of openings • Pay rate and premiums • Qualifications necessary to do the job • Name of person to apply to • Date and time to post and close the bid
JOB POSTING PROCEDURE. 13.1 If a permanent job vacancy exists, or new job classifications are created in the plant, a copy of such jobs shall be posted on the bulletin boards in the main cafeteria, as well as an electronic copy to the Chairperson.

JOB POSTING PROCEDURE a) Vacancies of a permanent nature will be posted, in accordance with Schedule K, for three (3) working days throughout the plant. Copies of such postings, as well as the successful applicants, shall be forwarded to the Union.
JOB POSTING PROCEDURE. 14.01 When a permanent position or a temporary position exceeding thirty-one (31) consecutive working days becomes vacant or is created, the Board will post the notice of vacancy within five (5) working days of the Board becoming aware of the vacancy or newly created position, for a minimum period of five (5) working days in all schools and Board office covered by this Agreement. All subsequent vacancies will be posted within five (5) working days. Nothing herein obliges the Board to designate a vacancy or prevents the cancellation of a posting. Summer postings will be sent to all employees on layoff. No position will be posted if there are qualified laid-off employees who possess the skills required to fill the vacancy. These positions will be filled in accordance with Article 10.02 (Layoff and Recall).

JOB POSTING PROCEDURE. (a) All temporary and permanent job openings will be posted individually. Postings will include, as a min- imum, the following information:
JOB POSTING PROCEDURE. The Board agrees to post all bargaining unit job openings in all buildings, the District website, and the bus garage for five (5) workdays. At the time a position is posted, it shall be e-mailed to all employees. The notice shall contain the job title, qualifications required or requested, rate of pay, hours and/or days of work, and location of the vacancy. Employees who wish to be considered must qualify for the vacancy. Application for the posted position must be in writing, to the Superintendent within the posting period. Prior to outside posting and interviews of non-employees, current qualified employee applicants will be interviewed and considered. Items to be taken into consideration are seniority and previous performance evaluations. After the interview and consideration by the interviewer and interviewing team, assuming the qualifications are relatively equal, District seniority shall prevail for the appointment of the person to the vacant position. When there is an identical hire date, seniority will be determined by the original start date (excluding training days). The second determination will be application date. Employees who are rejected or unsuccessful in their bid for the vacant position may request a post-interview conference with the interviewer or interview team. Any employee interested in a specific vacancy should notify the office of the Superintendent annually in writing (a separate written notification for each individual specific vacancy) at the end of the school year. During summer months, notices of vacancies will be posted as above and e- mailed to those who have given written notice of interest. When a central office, non-bargaining unit position is posted, all qualified bargaining unit member applicants will be interviewed and given consideration.
JOB POSTING PROCEDURE. All job vacancies shall be posted on a bulletin board for a period of seven working days. Employees may apply for posted vacancies by written application within said seven working days. Only the original vacancy shall be posted, along with two subsequent vacancies in the bidding chain. Subsequent vacancies need not be posted and may be filled by the most senior qualified person. A successful applicant for a posted vacancy shall not be eligible to apply for another posted vacancy for a period of six months except in cases where the vacancy being bid is in a higher job class than the employee’s present job or the job opening is an apprenticeship. A of all job bids will be given to the Unit Chairperson The Company and the Union agree that those applicants with the greatest seniority shall be given preference for posted jobs, providing that the employees involved possess the skill, ability and efficiency to do the work required. An employee accepted on a job posting be moved to the new position within fifteen working days after notification of his acceptance for the position, unless mutually agreed to by the Company and the Union. The successful applicant will be notified within ten working days from the day the job is posted. An employee accepted on a higher job posting be subject to a probationary period of thirty working days during which they will receive the pay level for the posted position upon entering his trial period. If an employee is successful in posting for a lower rated job, that employee will receive the pay level for the posted position upon entering his trial period. The Company shall possess the option of returning the employee to his former job classification during this probationary period, providing the employee is unable to satisfactorily perform the job. The Company will provide a written explanation to the employee of their inability to perform the job should the employee request such information. Employees shall have the option of returning to their former within the thirty working day probationary period. Should an employee exercise this right, he will not be eligible to apply for any future job posting to that same position for a period of at least one year, and may only do so that one additional time. It is understood that vacancies need not be posted during periods when anyone is on layoff and such may then be covered by those already within the same or higher classification.
