JOB POSTING - WITHIN UNIT. The Company will attempt to fill a posted job from applicants within the bargaining unit provided there is an applicant with sufficient qualifications for the job. If there is more than one applicant with sufficient qualifications for the job, the applicant who is most qualified shall be given the position. W hen there are two or more applicants with relatively equal qualifications, the applicant with the most seniority shall be given the job.
