The Company agrees to recognize the principle of seniority in job progression in a fair and equitable manner having regard not only to the length of service, but as well well, to the knowledge, training, skill, efficiency efficiency, and physical fitness of the employee or employees concerned to do the work assigned. The Company reserves the right to test employees for skills, knowledge and ability to perform the available work. The tests will be relevant to the vacant job. The Company will only test the senior applicant to an established threshold.
