JOB SAFETY. 13.1 It shall be the policy of the Employer that the safety of employees, the protection of work areas, the adequate training in necessary safety practices, and the prevention of accidents are a continuing and integral part of its everyday responsibilities. 13.2 It shall also be the responsibility of all employees to cooperate in programs to promote safety to themselves and the public and to comply with rules promulgated to insure safety.
