JOB SAFETY. On behalf of the Employer, the Minnesota Judicial Branch Safety Policy and Program provides for the safety of employees by addressing safe working conditions, safe work areas and safe work methods. Employees shall have the responsibility to use all provided safety equipment and procedures in their daily work, shall cooperate in all safety and accident prevention programs, and shall diligently observe all safety rules promulgated by the Employer. The Statewide Safety Committee and Local LMCs/Safety Committees shall be the forum to address concerns about unsafe working conditions, unsafe work areas, and unsafe work methods.
