Common use of Job Selection Clause in Contracts

Job Selection. (a) Except as limited in Articles 6.01(b) iv) and 7.02, preference in appointment to bargaining unit positions will be given to regular employees of the Corporation who are members of the bargaining unit. For the purposes of this clause, employees on the recall list are considered regular employees.
