Package. This License Agreement shall apply only if you have not signed another SI License Agreement for this SOFTWARE. This SOFTWARE is protected by both United States copyright law and international copyright treaty provisions.

Package. Registration approval entitles Exhibitor, subject to the terms and conditions of this contract, to Exhibit Registration Package as stated in Exhibitor Information Packet. One exhibitor registration (main contact) is included with the purchase of booth package. Registration for additional exhibitors is $250 per person (fee is waived if exhibitor is staying in the PLA group hotel room block and confirmation number is provided at time of registration). The maximum number of registrants per booth is three people in a 10’ X 10’ space and two people in an 8’ X 10’ space.

Package. Registration approval entitles Exhibitor, subject to the terms and conditions of this contract, to the following during the Trade Show: a) Exhibit Space Package as stated in Exhibitor Information Packet and mapped on the Trade Show floor plan. b) Price of booth is based on location, size and type of space. See interactive online floor plan for details. c) All exhibit spaces are 10 ft x 10 ft and have three 8 ft. side rails unless multiple or corner booths are purchased, which enable exhibitors to maximize their display space without interference from neighboring booths. d) All exhibit packages include a wastebasket, two chairs, and one 6’ skirted table and identification sign. e) First exhibitor staff registration is included with each booth fee. Second exhibitor registrant is $200 per booth or complimentary if staying in APPL room block at host hotel. All additional exhibitor staff registrants are $200 per booth or $100 if staying in APPL room block at host hotel. Name badges are provided for each registered exhibitor. f) Posting of Exhibitor information, specials and names of exhibitors will appear on convention website and in convention materials. g) Link from the APPL website to Exhibitor website (if URL provided). h) Exhibitors will have access to a real-time online report of participants as they register and will receive a convention directory onsite with participant and exhibitor contact information. i) Registered exhibitors may attend all general sessions, educational sessions, the Exhibitors’ Roundtable, the Buyer-Exhibitor Roundtable. Exhibitors may not attend the Buyer Roundtable. There are additional costs for ticketed events. j) Use of APPL’s2016 Exhibitor logo for your website and promotional materials.
Package. (1) During your temporary secondment, you shall receive an annual basic salary of € 125,000 gross payable in equal parts at the end of each month. During your assignment abroad, this basic salary shall be continued as a ‘shadow salary’ to provide a financial basis for computing your pension provision, setting up accruals and fixing your remuneration for the period following your return. Salary reviews shall be performed by AWW in consultation with us. The current remuneration package is enclosed in this contract. (3) During the temporary secondment, you shall receive an annual allowance of € 70,000 (gross) for your raised responsibility as Member of the Board. (4) In addition, you shall receive a monthly foreign allowance of € 2,500 (net) during the duration of the temporary secondment. (5) During the temporary secondment, you shall receive a performance-related bonus according to AWW regulations to a maximum amount of 50% of your basic salary according to (1) plus your Board Member allowance according to (2). The amount payable depends on the degree of performance achievement. In addition, you shall be entitled to the long-term bonus of AWW, details of which shall be subject to the agreement to be concluded with AWW. (6) All payments shall be made in Euros to your usual salary account unless you provide us with details of an alternative account in the USA and the part amount to be credited at least six weeks prior to the next due payment. All transfer costs shall be borne by us.
Package. A combination of at least two different types of travel services for the purpose of the same trip if; a. those services are combined by one trader, including at the request of or in accordance with the selection of the traveller, before a single contract on all services is concluded; or b. irrespective of whether separate contracts are concluded with individual travel service providers, those services are: 1. purchased from a single point of sale and those services have been selected before the traveller agrees to pay; 2. offered, sold or charged at an inclusive or total price; 3. advertised or sold under the term 'package' or under a similar term; 4. combined after the conclusion of a contract by which a trader entitles the traveller to choose among a selection of different types of travel services; or 5. purchased from separate traders through linked online booking processes where the traveller's name, payment details and e-mail address are transmitted from the trader with whom the first contract is concluded to another trader or traders and a contract with the latter trader or traders is concluded at the latest 24 hours after the confirmation of the booking of the first travel service. A combination of travel services where not more than one type of travel service as referred to in points (a) to (c) of point 1 is combined with one or more tourist services as referred to in point (d) of point 1 is not a package if the latter services; a. account for less than 25% of the value of the combination and are not advertised as and do not otherwise represent an essential feature of the combination; b. are selected and purchased only after the performance of a travel service as referred to in points (a) to (c) of point 1 has started.
Package. Notwithstanding any provision hereof to the contrary, the description of the Technical Package in the Technical Package Schedule as delivered by Seller shall conclusively establish the identity of the Documentation to be included in the Technical Package. Delivery of the Technical Package as described in the Technical Package Schedule to Purchaser shall be the Seller’s sole post-Closing responsibility with regard to the delivery of Documentation to Purchaser. The Seller shall deliver the Technical Package and the Technical Package Schedule to Purchaser not later than one hundred twenty (120) days after the Closing Date by shipping such items at Seller’s expense to a destination in the United States specified by Purchaser.
