Common use of Job Share Teachers Clause in Contracts

Job Share Teachers. a. Teachers sharing a job may agree to cover up to five (5) consecutive illness days within sixty consecutive school days provided there is no cost to the corporation. In such instances, the absent teacher shall not be required to use leave days. b. Members of a job sharing team shall receive the prorated number of leave days as provided full-time teachers and shall be charged the prorated amount when using the days.
