Job Injury. If the teacher’s injury was sustained on the school premises as a result of an assault and the injury is determined to be compensable under Worker’s Compensation laws, the teacher will:
a. Receive full salary for the first seven (7) school days of absence;
b. Receive the difference between the daily rate paid through Worker’s Compensation and the teacher’s daily salary for a period of fifty-three (53) additional school days of absence.
c. Not be charged for Sick Leave for the sixty (60) school days described above;
d. Obtain validation for the absence from the teacher’s physician. In the event the Worker’s Compensation is to be used, it shall be the responsibility of the teacher to follow all of the established procedures for applying for Worker’s Compensation.
e. Receive time for appearance before a judicial body or legal authority as a result of such assault and will not result in loss of wages or in reduction of accumulated Sick Leave days of the teacher.
Job Injury. An employee who is injured on the job and does not complete that day’s work or is otherwise not permitted to return to work, shall receive pay for the entire workday and such pay shall not be charged against sick leave or accident leave; provided, the employee is sent home or is otherwise not permitted to work by a medical doctor, chiropractor, or osteopath on the approved list of the insurance carrier of the Company.
Job Injury. Employees injured on the job site shall suffer no loss of time while being tended to, either at the job site or other facility during the day of the accident or injury provided the nature of the injury or accident prevents the employee from returning to work and is verified by the care giver.
Job Injury. Any full-time employee receiving an injury on the job and requiring the employee to go home will receive pay for the full day’s work at the regular rate.

When an employee meets with a personal accident or injury while on the job, he shall be paid his full day's wages for the day of the accident, providing the personal accident has been reported to the Supervisor or qualified First Aid man. Immediately following first aid and as soon as practical after medical treatment, the employee will advise his Supervisor as to his status. The First Aid man will submit the name of any employee he treats during or before the completion of the shift. Time Off Re Accidents: Should an employee be involved in an accident while on Company time, or with a Company vehicle, he shall be allowed time off without loss of pay to go to Court or any other agency as may be required. The Company will supply representation for the employee if there is any possibility of the Company being involved in any action because of the accident. The above to apply to appear as a witness on behalf of any case or accident as outlined above.

Job Injury. If any employee is injured while at work and is unable to continue at work because of the injury after completing more than half of his or her daily hours, such employee shall be paid for the full day (limited to one (1) day per occurrence without any deductions from sick days.

(Injuries on the job should be reported to Workers’ Compensation Coordinator whether or not medical treatment is needed) Failure to follow this procedure in its entirety will void any workers’ compensation claim if the exact timelines are not followed.
Job Injury. If an employee is hurt on the job and requires immediate hospital or doctor's care and is unable to return to work that day he shall be paid a full day's wage for the day of the injury.
