Joint Advisory Committee (Employment Equity. Workplace Diversity) The parties recognize the need to continue an employment equity/workplace diversity program in the Company. The purpose of the Employment Equity/Workplace Diversity Committee is to provide support in developing and implementing such programs in the workplace. This Committee may establish subcommittees.
