Joint Appointee Report. (a) The Joint Appointee shall deliver to the Partnership and the Province at least annually within 140 Business Days of each Partnership Fiscal Year-end, or more frequently as contemplated pursuant to subsection 5.7(b), a report setting out, based on the reports and inquiries set forth in this Article 5:
