Common use of Joint Assignments Clause in Contracts

Joint Assignments. a. Two (2) teachers requesting to share one (1) full-time position shall present a proposal to the building principal. Such proposal shall be reviewed by the building principal and the District office prior to approval or denial. The requesting teachers will be notified of the decision on their request within thirty (30) days of submission.
