Joint Committee on Technological Change. (a) Within sixty (60) days of the signing of this Agreement, the parties are to establish a Joint Committee on Technological Change of equal representation of the Union and the Employer for the purpose of maintaining continuing cooperation and consultation on technological change and job security.
