To meet and discuss the impact of the implementation plan on such issues as wage and classification changes; career ladder realignment; methods of introduction of new equipment and operating procedures; ergonomic specification; health and safety issues; training and job redesign. 3. To develop and recommend specific training programs and/or procedures regarding use and operation of computer equipment. 4. To review specific problems as they arise.
