Joint Committee on Technological Change. The Joint Committee established in accordance with the Agreement will be responsible: (i) to determine the classification within a bargaining unit that will be considered as a single classification for the purpose of the Program; (ii) to assess the operational requirements surrounding the Employer’s requirement to limit the number of the employees to receive voluntary resignation offers; (iii) to review and clarify the impact of resignations on service delivery; (iv) to participate in the process of notifying displaced and laid off employees of their options under this Program; and to address issues that may arise in respect of the interpretation and application of this Program.
