Common use of Joint Coordinating Committee Clause in Contracts

Joint Coordinating Committee. Upon the execution of this Agreement, Biomatrix and the Distributor shall establish a joint coordinating committee (the "Committee") to review all matters relating to product labelling, product claims, regulatory matters or clinical trials.
