Joint Health and Safety Committee. The Company and the Union agree to a joint Health and Safety Committee consisting of not less than five (5) employees, preferably from different departments of the hotel, selected by the Union and not less than five (5) from the Company who shall meet on a regular monthly basis. It is agreed that a primary function of this Committee is to review the previous minutes, discuss accidents & incidents, potential hazards, initiatives to increase awareness and overall health & safety of all members and required action where necessary. Additionally, all members of the Health & Safety Committee will participate in completing regularly scheduled site inspections. Minutes of these meetings shall be kept, posted on all departmental bulletin boards with copies forwarded to the Union.
