JOINT JOB EVALUATIONS. 26.1 The provisions of the Joint Job Evaluat ion/Pay Equit y Program, betw een the former Region of Ottaw a-Carleton and CUPE, Local 503, date of full implementation July 1, 1989, outlined in the Memorandum of Implement ation, the Memorandum on the Manual of Maintenance Procedures, and the Memorandum of Underst xxxxxx Re: Job Evaluat ion, shall govern all matters referred to therein. Should either party w ish to amend the job evaluation/pay equity program as provided for the in the Memorandum of Underst xxxxxx/Manual of Maintenance Procedures above and the parties are unable to agree to the new plan, the parties w ill mut ually agree to a third party to resolve the impasse.
