Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committees. ‌ The Company and the Union agree to establish Occupational Health and Safety Committees at appropriate locations. Occupational Health and Safety Committees shall be composed of personnel employed at the location. The composition will be determined locally through management and local union representatives.
