Common use of Joint Retail Meat Health and Safety Committee Clause in Contracts

Joint Retail Meat Health and Safety Committee. The parties shall establish an Employer/Union Retail Meat Safety Committee which will be comprised of an equal number of Union and Management Representatives, with a minimum of two (2) from each. This Committee will deal only with Health and Safety matters which are generic to the Employer's operations as well as issues referred by the Store Committees. Initially, the Committee shall meet at least quarterly.
