Joint Safety Committee. The Company and Union are vitally concerned with the safety, health and well-being of all employees. Safe and reliable performance of Company work, are in the interests of our customers and local communities. Bargaining unit employees will partner with the Company on regional safety committees with a minimum of two bargaining unit employees appointed by the Local CWA President.
