Joint Special Education Committee (JSEC). The JSEC shall consist of five (5) members selected by the CTU, five (5) members selected by administration, and up to three (3) parents mutually agreed upon by the CTU and administration. A good-faith effort between the CTU and administration will be made so that the appointments shall include at least one (1) representative from the following categories: regular education classroom, special education classroom, related services personnel, paraprofessionals, ESPs, PreK-8 Principal, and 9-12 Principal.
