Joint Standing Committee. 4.1 There shall be established for the life of this Agreement a Joint Standing Committee composed of the President of the College or his/her designate and the President of the Union or his/her designate and one additional member appointed by the College and the Union. In addition, there shall be one alternate representing each party.
