Joint Status. If you comprise two or more persons or entities (notwithstanding any agreement, arrangement or understanding between or among such persons or entities) the rights, privileges and benefits of this Agreement may only be exercised and enjoyed jointly. The liabilities and responsibilities under this Agreement will be the joint and several obligations of all such persons or entities.
Joint Status. For all Plan purposes other than those described in Section 12.07(A), including but not limited to determining the Annual Additions Limit in Section 4.05(B), Compensation includes all Compensation paid by or for any Participating Employer or Related Employer.

(3) Applying the limit on Catch-Up Contributions in Section 4.2.
