Common use of Joint Working Sub-Committee Clause in Contracts

Joint Working Sub-Committee. In order to avoid lengthy delays in job posting, a sub-committee will be formed to evaluate new or substantively-altered positions prior to posting. This Sub Committee will consist of the two (2) experienced members, one Employer representative and one Union representative. The Working Sub-Committee will normally render their recommendations within five (5) working days from receipt of the completed job questionnaire to the Human Resources Department.
