Journeys abroad. For security and insurance reasons, the motorhome may only be used for journeys within the European Union, in Switzerland and Norway. Any journeys to third countries are subject to the prior written approval of the Rental Company. In any case, the respective countries must be stated on the valid international insurance card.

Journeys abroad. 5.1. With respect to a journey abroad ordered by the employer, compensation for travel and accommodation expenses as well as a per diem allowance shall be paid as agreed separately between the employer and the employee in line with the principles of this agreement.

  • Journeymen An Employee who holds a certification of qualification for his/her respective trade in accordance to the Alberta Apprenticeship, Training and Certification Act (or its successor).

  • Overtime Meals When employees are required to work more than two (2) hours beyond their regular work days, the Employer will provide hot meals at no cost to the employees, up to a maximum of sixteen dollars ($16.00) (receipts to be submitted) plus paid meal periods of one-half (1/2) hour at the prevailing rate and thereafter at four (4) hour intervals. Any early morning start before regular starting time is entitled to a paid meal. The breakfast limit is thirteen dollars ($13.00) (receipts to be submitted). Employees called out on overtime shall be paid for meals as above, after four (4) hours work.

  • Shiftworkers 35.1 Shiftworker for the purposes of this clause is defined as an Employee who performs Shiftwork and who starts or finishes a shift outside of the ordinary hours set out at clause 34.2 above.

  • Overtime Meal Employees requested to work more than two (2) hours overtime after completion of their regular shift, will be given one-half (1/2) hour on Company time to eat their lunch and will be given seven dollars ($7.00) meal money.
